The One Piece Card Game Premium Card Collection — Leader Collection is an official Bandai limited release first distributed at the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 24-25 World Tour events from October 2024 onwards and at Championship 2024 Finals WAVE3 tournaments in North America and Europe. The English version retailed at US$15 at event venues. This is not a standard retail product — it was exclusively available at official Bandai championship and festival events, making it a genuine event-exclusive collector item.
The collection contains exactly 6 cards — one per Leader — all of which are foil and stamped reprints of existing Leader cards from previously released Starter Decks. Every card carries the event stamp exclusive to this collection, making them distinct from the standard non-foil printings in the original decks. The six Leader cards included are Eustass "Captain" Kid (ST02-001, Worst Generation Starter Deck), Crocodile (ST03-001, Seven Warlords of the Sea Starter Deck), Kaido (ST04-001, Animal Kingdom Pirates Starter Deck), Sabo (ST13-001, The Three Brothers Starter Deck), Portgas D. Ace (ST13-002, The Three Brothers Starter Deck), and Monkey D. Luffy (ST13-003, The Three Brothers Starter Deck). These six represent some of the most iconic and historically significant Leader cards from the game's first two years.
All six cards are fully playable in official One Piece Card Game formats. For competitive players the foil stamped versions are functionally identical to the original deck printings. For collectors they represent one of the few ways to obtain foil versions of these early Starter Deck Leader cards in a single product.
