Store reviews & product reviews · Updated automatically as reviews come in
Fast answer: PlayVault.ae, a UAE-based trading card shop delivering across the UAE and the GCC, currently has 173 published customer reviews at an average of 4.96 out of 5. 43 of them are store reviews — feedback on ordering, packing, delivery and support rather than one specific item — and 130 are reviews of individual products. Reviews are collected by Judge.me, an independent reviews platform, and any review tied to a confirmed order carries a Verified badge. Public local reviews are kept separately, on the PlayVault Google Business Profile.
Two different things get reviewed here, and they answer two different questions. A product review tells you whether that specific booster box, deck or single was worth buying — you will find those on each product page. A store review tells you whether the shop behind it is worth trusting: did the parcel arrive, was it packed properly for a Gulf summer, did anyone answer the email. This page collects both, with the store reviews written out in full below.

Thank you for the 2 MTG Commander decks that I got from you! It came with free sleeves. I’m so glad I found an MTG seller in the UAE because others aren’t as responsive as you. I also appreciate that I can order from you directly even if the item is not available in the UAE. I will be buying again in the future with the decks I’ve been collecting that I couldn’t find anywhere. The box came with bubble wrap, neat box and everything is protected. Very trustworthy! Watch out for my new purchases soon 😂

How to leave a review
Takes a minute- If you have ordered: Judge.me emails you a review request after your order. Replying to that email links your review to a real order, which is what earns the Verified buyer badge.
- If you would rather not wait: use the Write a store review button in the reviews browser at the bottom of this page to review the shop, or the review form on any product page to review a specific item.
- Photos help more than words: a picture of how the parcel arrived, or of a pull from a box you bought here, tells the next buyer more than any description we could write.
If something went wrong with an order, please contact us at info@playvault.ae so we can help resolve it — damaged parcels, missing items and delivery problems are usually fixable. You are always free to leave an honest review either way.

Public local reviewsReviews of PlayVault live in two places, and they are not the same thing. The reviews on this page come from Judge.me: they are website and order reviews, tied to purchases made on playvault.ae, which is why so many of them carry a Verified buyer badge. Google reviews sit on the PlayVault Google Business Profile — public local reviews that show up in Google Search and Google Maps for anyone looking for a trading card shop in Dubai, hosted by Google rather than by us.

Reviews — FAQ
Are PlayVault.ae reviews real?
Yes. Reviews are collected and hosted by Judge.me, an independent reviews platform used across Shopify stores, not by a form we control. Reviews requested after a confirmed order are marked Verified buyer. Judge.me publishes submitted reviews automatically as they come in, so they are not screened by us before they appear.
What does PlayVault.ae sell?
PlayVault.ae is a UAE-based trading card shop. It stocks Pokémon TCG in English, Japanese and Chinese, the One Piece Card Game, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World, Union Arena, Hololive, Sorcery, Riftbound and Naruto Mythos — sealed booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes and collection boxes, singles, graded slabs and accessories — with delivery across the UAE and the wider GCC. Sealed product is what reviewers mention most often.
What is the difference between a store review and a product review?
A store review is about PlayVault.ae as a shop — ordering, pricing, packing, delivery speed and customer support. A product review is about one specific item, such as a booster box, an Elite Trainer Box or a single card, and appears on that product's page. This page shows both: store reviews in full above, and everything together in the reviews browser.
How long does delivery take in the UAE and the GCC?
Delivery times reported in the reviews above are the honest answer — several customers describe orders arriving within a few days, including cross-border deliveries to other GCC countries. For the current published timescales and duty and VAT rules, see the shipping, VAT and customs guide.
Does PlayVault.ae sell sealed, authentic product?
Yes — sealed products are sold factory sealed, and this is the point customers raise most often in reviews about packing and condition on arrival. If you want to know what to look for yourself, the TCG buying guides cover how to spot resealed and counterfeit product anywhere you shop, not just here.
Can I see reviews for a specific product?
Yes. Every product page carries its own reviews section with the reviews left for that exact item. The reviews browser on this page also lets you switch to the product reviews tab and read them all in one place.
Where else is PlayVault.ae reviewed?
In two places besides this page. Judge.me hosts a public profile for every store that uses it, so the reviews shown here can be read independently of this website. PlayVault also has a Google Business Profile, where anyone with a Google account can leave a public local review — see PlayVault on Google above. You can also read more about the shop on the about us page.
Review counts, ratings and the reviews shown on this page are read directly from Judge.me and update as new reviews are published. PlayVault.ae does not edit review text.
