Is PlayVault authentic?
Yes. PlayVault sells only genuine, factory-sealed trading card product sourced through verified supply channels. Every sealed box is checked for reseal and tampering before it ships. If any item we sell is shown not to be genuine, we refund it in full.
We do not sell resealed, counterfeit, repacked or tampered product.

Verified sourcing
Sealed product is bought through verified supply channels, not open marketplaces or unvetted resellers. Where a product is an import, the listing states its language and edition — English, Japanese or Simplified Chinese — because the same set in a different language is a different product at a different price.

Every sealed box is checked before it ships
Boxes are inspected for reseal and tampering on intake — wrap, seams, seals and weight. Anything that fails does not go out. If a listing sells product that is not factory sealed, the listing says so plainly.

Full refund if it is not genuine
If any item we sell is shown not to be genuine, we refund it in full. Contact info@playvault.ae with your order number and photographs and we will deal with it directly — you are not sent to a manufacturer.
How to check for yourself
A sealed box usually cannot be authenticated reliably from photographs alone, which is exactly why sourcing matters more than inspection. We publish what we know anyway, including the parts that do not favour us:

Are your sealed boxes really factory sealed?
Yes. Sealed products are authentic and factory sealed unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Boxes are checked for reseal and tampering before they ship.
What happens if I think my item is not genuine?
Email info@playvault.ae with your order number and photographs. If the item is shown not to be genuine, we refund it in full.
Where do you source your product?
Through verified supply channels rather than open marketplaces or unvetted resellers. Imports are labelled by language and edition on every listing.
Do you sell singles and graded cards too?
Yes. Singles ship sleeved and protected. Graded slabs are sold as received from the grading company, with the label and certification number shown in the listing photographs.
Are your reviews screened?
