Available countries and shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any unexpected delay (for example, stock issues or address problems), we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Fees
3.1. Domestic Shipping (Within UAE)

Orders below 200 AED
→ Flat shipping fee of 17 AED -
Orders of 200 AED and above
→ Free shipping within the UAE
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3.2. International Shipping

International orders
→ Flat shipping fee of 65 AED
All prices are charged in AED. Depending on your country and currency, your bank or payment provider may apply additional conversion fees.
4. Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner, typical delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included in our prices.

These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier or customs authority upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, we may refund the product cost (if the items are returned in resellable condition), but shipping charges and any return/customs fees may be deducted from the refund.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive:

7. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are correct at checkout.

If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, missing information, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery, which can incur additional shipping charges (for both domestic and international orders).
8. Pickup / Click & Collect
At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped via our delivery partners.
