The One Piece Card Game Extra Booster "Egghead Crisis" (set code: EB-04) was released in Japan on January 31, 2026. This is the Japanese-language version. EB-04 is the fourth Extra Booster in the One Piece Card Game — a supplementary release format designed to strengthen existing decks and add new cards between main booster set launches. The cards in this Japanese Extra Booster were split across the English OP-14 and OP-15 releases rather than appearing as a standalone English Extra Booster, making the Japanese version the only way to get the full EB-04 card set in a single product.

EB-04 brings the Egghead Island Arc to the One Piece Card Game for the first time — the current arc of the One Piece manga and anime centred on Dr. Vegapunk's futuristic island and the crisis involving the World Government, CP0, and the Straw Hat Crew. The set introduces one new Leader card: Jewelry Bonney in her Nika Future Transformation form (Red/Yellow), whose high-risk, high-reward gameplay mechanic buffs her effects when your life total is low — a playstyle directly inspired by Bonney's power to become the future she imagines. The Parallel Art version of the Bonney Leader depicts a young Bonney alongside her father Bartholomew Kuma in an emotionally resonant scene that has become one of the most talked-about pieces of artwork in the set.
