Pokemon Gem Pack Vol. 5 (set code: CBB5C) is a Simplified Chinese-exclusive Pokemon TCG release from Mainland China, released on April 24, 2026. It is part of the Scarlet & Violet era and is the fifth volume in the Gem Pack series, which is unique to the Chinese Pokemon TCG market. The Gem Pack series is a collector-focused product line where every card in every pack is a foil card — a format not available in English or Japanese releases.

This volume is themed around Pokemon Horizons: The Series and features four Simplified Chinese-exclusive Illustration Rare cards that are not available in any other regional release.
