The Pokemon TCG: Scarlet and Violet — Obsidian Flames 3-Pack Blister (set code: SV03) was released on August 11, 2023 alongside the Obsidian Flames expansion. It is the smallest sealed retail format for Obsidian Flames, designed as an accessible entry point into the set for collectors and players who want to open packs without committing to a full booster box or Elite Trainer Box.

Each blister contains 3 Obsidian Flames booster packs and 1 exclusive foil promo card. There are two promo variants for this blister: Eevee and Houndstone. Both are stamped for the Obsidian Flames release and unavailable in standard booster packs. The promo card included is random — PlayVault cannot guarantee which variant you will receive.

Obsidian Flames (SV03) is the third main expansion in the Scarlet and Violet series and introduces Tera Pokemon ex with alternate typing for the first time. The set is best known for its Charizard ex lineup, one of the most chased releases of the Scarlet and Violet era, with four separate printings — a Double Rare, an Ultra Rare Full Art, a Special Illustration Rare and a Hyper Rare. The Charizard ex Special Illustration Rare is widely regarded as one of the single most sought-after cards of the entire era. The full set contains 197 main cards plus 33 secret rares for 230 numbered cards in total.
