Pitch Black Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box | 11 Booster Packs + Stamped Zarude Foil Promo (Pokémon Center Exclusive) (ME05)
The Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution — Pitch Black Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box (set code: ME05) is the Pokémon Center-exclusive variant of the Pitch Black ETB, released in July 2026 with the Pitch Black expansion. Pokémon Center products are sold only through The Pokémon Company's own retail channel, are never reprinted, and have no direct UAE distribution — every copy here is imported stock, which is exactly why the PC variant is the collector's version of the set's ETB.
The differences over the standard ETB are concrete: 11 booster packs instead of 9, and a full-art foil Zarude promo carrying the Pokémon Center logo — the stamped versions of ETB promos command a strong premium over their unstamped twins on the singles market, because the stamp only ever comes from this product. Add the fixed, never-reprinted print run, and PC ETBs are the natural upgrade target for a display shelf.
The set itself is the dark half of the Mega Evolution era: Pitch Black (ME05) released July 17, 2026 as the fifth main expansion, the English counterpart of the Japanese Abyss Eye set, drawing its cast from the Mega Dimension DLC of Pokémon Legends: Z-A. Six Mega Evolution Pokémon ex anchor the set — headlined by Mega Darkrai ex in its rarest treatments, alongside Mega Delphox ex, Mega Zeraora ex, Mega Slowbro ex, Mega Chandelure ex and Mega Excadrill ex.
Box contents: 11 sealed Pitch Black booster packs (each with 10 cards, 1 Basic Energy and 1 Pokémon TCG Live code card), 1 full-art foil Zarude promo card with the Pokémon Center logo, 65 card sleeves, 40 Energy cards, a player's guide, 6 damage-counter dice, 1 competition-legal coin-flip die, 1 plastic coin, a collector's storage box, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live. Language: English. Condition: Factory sealed.
Ideal for collectors who want the scarcest version of the newest English set, stamped-promo hunters, and display collectors upgrading shelf positions to Pokémon Center variants — our Elite Trainer Box guide covers the standard-vs-PC decision in full. Cards are randomised and specific pulls are not guaranteed. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
