It was originally earned through the Pokémon GO Stamp Rally Seoul (May 2026), where attendees collecting three or more stamps at the event received the promo. After the event's early suspension, Pokémon Korea re-ran the distribution through the Pokémon Run Challenge, with finishers collecting their cards from July 2026. Two distribution windows, both in Korea, both event-only.

The artwork is the draw: Magikarp leaping at the centre of a celebration scene, surrounded by Gyarados, Psyduck, a shiny Magikarp and Pikachu.
