High Class Packs are Japan's annual premium collector sets released once per era, featuring elevated pull rates, exclusive artwork, and guaranteed hits per pack not available in standard booster releases. Shiny Star V is widely regarded as one of the most celebrated and replayable Japanese TCG releases of the modern era and remains highly sought after five years after its original release.

The set contains 330 total cards including secret rares — one of the largest card counts of any single Japanese release at the time.
