The Pokemon TCG: Scarlet and Violet — Twilight Masquerade Elite Trainer Box (set code: SV06) was released on May 24, 2024 as the sixth main expansion in the Scarlet and Violet series. Twilight Masquerade is sourced from the Japanese Crimson Haze (SV5a) and Mask of Change (SV6) sets and marks the debut of the Legendary Pokemon Ogerpon in the Pokemon TCG. The set is themed around the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 1: The Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, set in the land of Kitakami.

The set introduces Ogerpon as four distinct Tera Pokemon ex — one for each of its four mask forms across Grass, Fire, Water, and Fighting types — making this the only set where all four Ogerpon Tera Pokemon ex are available. Other major Pokemon ex include Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex, Sinistcha ex, Tera Greninja ex, Tera Dragapult ex, and Tera Magcargo ex. The set also includes three new ACE SPEC cards continuing the mechanic introduced in Temporal Forces.

The exclusive full-art foil promo card featuring Teal Mask Ogerpon is available only in this ETB and is not found in standard booster packs. The Teal Mask Ogerpon ex itself is one of the most played competitive Pokemon of the 2024 Standard format, featuring the Teal Mask ability that makes it immune to all effects from opponent's Pokemon that have abilities — making the promo card directly relevant to competitive play.
