The set marks the return of Trainer's Pokemon to the main Pokemon TCG for the first time in over 20 years, featuring Lillie's Clefairy ex, N's Zoroark ex, Hop's Zacian ex, and Iono's Bellibolt ex as the headline Trainer's Pokemon ex cards. The set contains 159 cards in the main set plus 31 secret rares for 190 cards total.
