The One Piece Card Game OP-13 "Carrying on His Will" Japanese Booster Box (set code: OP-13) was released in Japan on August 23, 2025, with the English-language global edition following on November 7, 2025. This is the Japanese-language version. OP-13 is a special anniversary booster set created to commemorate the 3rd anniversary of the One Piece Card Game, and carries a noticeably more premium card design than standard booster sets across all rarities.

The set is themed around the Three Brothers arc — the emotional bond between Monkey D. Luffy, Portgas D. Ace, and Sabo — and introduces six new Leader cards: Monkey D. Luffy (Red/Green), Portgas D. Ace (Red/Blue), Sabo, Jewelry Bonney, Gol D. Roger (Red/Purple), and Imu. Gol D. Roger is the first Leader card in the game's history with a base power of 7000, making him one of the most discussed competitive additions in any set to date. Imu introduces the Stage card mechanic centred on the Empty Throne, enabling powerful Five Elders summon strategies. OP-13 also debuts a brand-new rarity: the Ghost Rare, the rarest card type introduced in the One Piece Card Game to date.
