The One Piece Card Game Premium Booster "ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST Vol.2" (set code: PRB-02) is a Japanese-language premium booster set released on July 26, 2025. It is the second entry in the Premium Booster series — a "best-of" collection format designed to curate the most powerful and sought-after cards from the One Piece Card Game's history in a single product. PRB-02 draws its card pool primarily from booster sets OP-04 onwards and starter decks including ST-17 and ST-21, featuring fan-favourite characters like Sabo, Trafalgar Law, Sanji, and more. The English-language global edition followed later in 2025.

The defining feature of PRB-02 is its guaranteed pull rate: every single pack contains at least one Super Rare or higher rarity card. This makes it one of the most consistent opening experiences in the One Piece Card Game, with no dead packs. The set contains 179 unique card types plus 30 types of special DON!! cards — a total of 209 collectible card variations.

PRB-02 introduces the Manga Rare rarity to the One Piece Card Game, with Sanji receiving the first-ever Manga Rare card in the series — depicting him in dynamic manga panel artwork with premium foil treatment.
