The One Piece Card Game OP-17 "The World's Strongest Warriors" (set code: OP-17) is Bandai's 4th Anniversary Booster Pack, releasing worldwide on August 28, 2026. OP-17 is notable as Bandai's first Global Simultaneous Release for the game: the Japanese and English versions launch on the very same day, so buying Japanese here is about the language and card art rather than the early-access edge Japanese boxes usually offer over earlier sets.

Themed around the road toward the Four Emperors and the new island of Elbaf, OP-17 spotlights legendary fighters and powerhouse warriors from across the One Piece story as part of the game's 4th anniversary celebrations. Bandai has confirmed 131 new cards plus 4 additional card types in the set — the full rarity and Leader breakdown will be confirmed closer to release, as is typical for anniversary sets, which have historically carried the game's most premium card treatments.
