The Pokemon TCG: Mega Evolution — Perfect Order Booster Display Box (set code: ME03) was released worldwide on March 27, 2026. It is the third main expansion in the Mega Evolution Series and is themed around Lumiose City from the Kalos region, tying directly into the Pokemon Legends: Z-A video game. The set contains 88 cards in the main set plus secret rares, Illustration Rares, and Special Illustration Rares, bringing the total to over 120 cards. The English set is based on the Japanese Nihil Zero expansion.

Perfect Order introduces four brand-new Mega Evolution Pokemon ex making their debut in the Pokemon TCG: Mega Zygarde ex (the cover Pokemon and top chase card), Mega Clefable ex, Mega Starmie ex, and Mega Skarmory ex. The set also features Yveltal ex, Decidueye ex, Salazzle ex, and Meowth ex among its nine total Pokemon ex. All Mega Evolution Pokemon ex give up three Prize cards when knocked out, maintaining the core risk-reward mechanic of the Mega Evolution Series. The set introduces the Mega Attack Rare subset, featuring Mega Zygarde ex and Mega Mawile ex depicted performing their signature moves in full-canvas artwork.
