The ONE PIECE Card Game Premium Card Collection – ONE PIECE DAY '26 is Bandai's official commemorative set for the One Piece Day 2026 event in Japan, sold only through a Premium Bandai lottery — not at the event venue and not through general retail. Applications ran 22 August – 7 September 2026, winners were notified in mid-September, and Bandai's own shipping window is November 2026, which is why this listing is a pre-order.

Each set is a small, fixed two-card collector product rather than a booster: a Monkey D. Luffy P-161 promo (Yellow, Cost 7, Power 9000, Strike, Straw Hat Crew, Counter +1000) and a matching ONE PIECE DAY '26 DON!! promo card carrying the event's commemorative design, presented together in an official Premium Card Collection folder with gold event branding.

The Luffy promo is fully playable — a legal Cost 7, 9000-Power Straw Hat Crew character with a +1000 Counter — so it works as a genuine deck piece as well as an event collectible. It follows the same small, low-price format as the ONE PIECE DAY '25 collection before it, well below the larger 12-card Best Selection volumes, and its lottery-only distribution through Premium Bandai Japan is what makes a set like this hard to source outside Japan.
