MTG Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander Deck - Most Wanted

Magic: The Gathering — Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander Deck: Most Wanted (set code: OTC) is one of four preconstructed Commander decks from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction set, released worldwide on April 19, 2024. Outlaws of Thunder Junction is Magic's first Wild West-themed set, and Most Wanted leans straight into its villain-and-heist story, built around a posse of the plane's most notorious Outlaws. This is a 100-card, ready-to-play deck for the Commander format — Magic's most popular way to play, a multiplayer free-for-all for three to five players.

For Magic collectors, Most Wanted is led by Olivia, Opulent Outlaw, a Traditional Foil Borderless Legendary Creature commander brand-new to Magic. The deck draws together Outlaw tribal support — Assassins, Mercenaries, Rogues, Pirates and Warlocks — from across the set, alongside Treasure-focused reprints that have long been Commander staples.

For Magic players, Most Wanted is a White-Black-Red (Mardu) Commander deck built around Treasure token generation and Outlaw creature synergies — amass Treasure and hire fierce Outlaws to overpower your foes. Olivia, Opulent Outlaw creates Treasure tokens whenever your Outlaw creatures deal combat damage, and you can sacrifice two Treasures to grant +1/+1 counters to all your creatures. The deck features 33 creatures, almost all Outlaws of some kind, including Rankle, Master of Pranks, Fain, the Broker and Captain Lannery Storm. It plays as a complete, competitive precon straight out of the box.

Deck contents: one 100-card Commander deck (White-Black-Red), 98 nonfoil cards, 2 Traditional Foil cards including the commander, Olivia, Opulent Outlaw, a 2-card Collector Booster Sample Pack, 10 double-sided tokens, a deck box, a strategy insert, a life tracker, and a reference card. Language: English. Publisher: Wizards of the Coast. Condition: Factory sealed.

Ideal for Magic players who enjoy Wild West villain storytelling, Commander players building Treasure and Outlaw tribal strategies, collectors hunting the Borderless foil Olivia, Opulent Outlaw, and anyone wanting a complete ready-to-play Commander deck with no deckbuilding required. Recommended for ages 13 and up.

Does Standard rotation affect this deck? No. Commander does not rotate, so this deck stays fully playable even though Outlaws of Thunder Junction leaves Standard when Nauctis: The Sunken Realm releases on 5 February 2027.
